I am delighted to introduce myself as the founder of International Personnel.​ Having spent my formative years in both France and the UK, I developed a profound appreciation for the significance of languages in our increasingly globalised world.  This early exposure to languages eventually led me to pursue a career in teaching, gaining experience in a variety of educational institutions.

 

I immersed myself in diverse teaching environments, from international schools to local language centres, as well as summer schools all over Europe. ​As my journey as an educator progressed, I had the privilege of working as a specialised tutor and governor for UHNW families, royal households, and heads of state. 

 

This inspired me to establish International Personnel, a recruitment agency specialising in providing educational and domestic staffing solutions. My network and expertise enable me to identify and connect exceptional individuals who possess not only the necessary skills but also exhibit cultural sensitivity, professionalism and discretion. ​With this in mind, I strive to provide a bespoke service with a commitment to identify the most suitable candidate for each individual role.
